Payment Process
- Payment Invoice: Payment invoice will be issued upon order receipt.
- Payment Method: Payment should be made via wire transfer to the bank using the full information provided in the invoice. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments at this time.
- Payment Upfront: Payment is required upfront for both the product and the quoted delivery charges.
- Client Pick-Up: Clients have the option to choose their own pick-up method by sending their own courier or freight forwarders.
- Invoice Issuance: An invoice will be issued for your order.
Order Lead Time
- In-Stock Products: In-stock products typically have a lead time of 1-2 weeks for preparation.
- Production Orders: Products that require production may take up to 6 weeks to be ready.
Shipping Lead Time
- Small Orders (Package via Courier): Shipping for small orders typically takes approximately 14 business days.
- Large Orders (via Sea Freight): Shipping for large orders sent via sea freight may take 4-6 weeks.
